Classes and Class Times :
All of our classes are for mixed age groups and abilities to allow our members to eb able to train with as many different people as possible to expand their abilities. Children and adults are able to train in the same sessions.
Monday - 7pm – 8:30pm (Thai)
Tuesday - 6:30 - 7:30pm (1:1 or group fitness)
Wednesday - 7:30pm – 8:30pm (Thai)
Friday - 6:30pm – 7:30pm (Thai)
Sunday - 1pm – 2pm (Thai) - Please ask for details
Advisory Note : It is safer to avoid heavy meals and drinks for at least 2 hours before training as this impairs your ability.
